• All photos used in this website are for reference only.
• Information / descriptions / prices / services / offers / food / beverage / menus featured in promotion materials and emails are provided by each partnering restaurants and are for reference only. We shall have no liability in this respect.
• All users shall use the service entirely at their own risk and agree with our terms & conditions and our privacy policy.
• We are not a restaurant service provider nor the supplier of products / services / offers / food and beverage. We accept no liability for the quality of products / services / offers / food and beverage provided by each partnering restaurants.
• Bookings / seating arrangements / booking cancellations / advanced payment of booking fee / refund of the advanced payment will be subject to the rules and regulation fixed by each partnering restaurants.
• We and each partnering restaurants reserve the rights to change, suspend, terminate, or amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time without prior notice. Please check our website for the latest details, availability and terms and conditions.
• In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the promotion materials or the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
• Users shall inform any change of bookings and cancelation by the way specified in the Site and the Service without any delay, no later than 24hours before booking time.
• Seating arrangement is finalized when the user receives the final booking confirmation which informs you of the booking number at each partnering restaurants where advanced payment is required, the user’s booking will be released automatically unless the advanced payment is paid-in by the specified date stated in the final booking confirmation.
• Users agree with the payment of any cancelation fees required by each partnering restaurants in accordance with the rules and regulations previously agreed. TSUNAGU PRO. does not take any responsibility for payment / refund / conflict in this respect at all.
• The Service does not always guarantee your seating arrangement. Booking is dependent on seating availabilities at each partnering restaurants.
